To access Billing, click ••• in the left-side navigation, then select Settings. Then, under Billing, select Plan.

View or change your plan

At the top of the Plan page, you can see your current subscription and information about upcoming payments.

To change your plan:

1. Select Manage in the plan section.

2. Review the available plans and choose the option that fits your needs.

3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your change. Review any pricing and billing details shown before confirming.

To cancel your paid subscription and move to the Free plan, select Downgrade and follow the prompts.

Check your usage

The Usage section shows how much of your current plan you’ve used. Review the usage indicators alongside the allowances shown for your plan to see where you stand.

The categories and limits available depend on your plan. If a feature is listed as unlimited, it does not have a fixed allowance under that plan.

If you need more capacity, return to Manage to review your plan options.

Review and update your payment method

Scroll to the payment method section on the Plan page to manage how you pay for your subscription.

To update your payment method:

1. Select the option to update your payment method.

2. Enter your new payment details and follow the prompts to save them.

Access your invoices

1. Scroll to the invoices section at the bottom of the Plan page.

2. Find the invoice you need and select the option to view it.

You can use this section to access previous invoices for your subscription. If you can’t find an invoice or need help with the details on it, contact support@delphi.ai.
