To access Preferences, click ••• in the left sidebar, select Settings, then select the appropriate option under Preferences.

Notifications

Select Notifications to choose which emails you receive. You can manage notifications for:

  • Unanswered questions

  • New visitor conversations

  • Alerts

  • Onboarding tips

  • Product & Marketing emails

New visitor conversations only notifies you the first time a new person talks to your Delphi.

Change your handle

Your handle is the unique text at the end of your public Delphi URL. For example, the handle in delphi.ai/yourhandle is yourhandle.

To update it:

  1. Select Change Handle.

  2. Enter an available handle.

  3. Save your changes.

Changing your handle updates your public URL immediately. Your previous URL will stop working, so update links in your website, embeds, social profiles, and anywhere else you have shared your Delphi.

Visibility

Select Visibility to choose whether your Delphi is Public or Private.

  • Public: Your Delphi can be discovered and visited on Delphi.

  • Private: Your Delphi is removed from public discovery. People can still access it through an integration, an embed, or if you have added their email to your audience.

Chat

Use the Chat toggle to control whether visitors can start a conversation with your Delphi.

  • Turn it on to allow visitors to chat.

  • Turn it off to prevent conversations.

This setting is separate from Visibility. Use Visibility to control who can find your Delphi and Chat to control whether they can talk to it.
