Submit a request
Email support@delphi.ai from the email address associated with your Delphi account. In your message, confirm that you want us to perform the deletion and specify what should be deleted.
For account security, the request must come from the account owner’s email address. We cannot process a deletion request sent from another email address.
Explain what you would like deleted
Your request must specify one of the following:
Your entire account: We will delete the account and its associated data.
A specific Delphi: We will delete all data associated with that Delphi. Include its handle, which is the unique text at the end of its public URL. For example, the handle in
delphi.ai/handleishandle.
